Family & Individual Support

Life can be challenging, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. We provide confidential and practical support for individuals and families facing difficulties, whether it’s personal challenges, parenting concerns, or navigating services.

Parents Support & Parenting Programmes

Confidential 1:1 support, courses, and workshops to help parents raise happy, healthy children, plus fun learning opportunities for families.

Individual Support

Confidential support, counselling, and practical assistance to help you. If you need help accessing services or understanding your rights, we’ll guide you in the right direction.

Professional Support

Counselling, play therapy, and art therapy to support individuals and families through stress, anxiety, and life changes. We can also connect you with a therapist from our panel.

Family Carers Development Worker

We support carers looking after an older person, child, family member, neighbour, or friend with resources and guidance to ease the pressure.

Community & Wellbeing

A strong community is built on connection and support. We help new and existing groups grow, ensuring that everyone has a place where they feel welcome.

Community Development

We support local groups to expand, strengthen, and create lasting impact. If you want to start a group but don’t know where to begin, we can help.

Wellbeing Supports & Resources

We provide access to information and services that promote mental, emotional, and physical health.

Social Groups

Monthly women’s group, monthly men’s group, monthly parents evening, weekly parent and toddler session, weekly rhythm room.

Care Ring Phone Service

A weekly phone call to provide companionship, conversation, and social connection to help combat loneliness and isolation.

Practical Help & Everyday Services

We know that everyday tasks can sometimes be overwhelming, so we offer practical services to make life easier.

Administrative Support

Social Welfare applications and renewals. Housing forms and other official documents. Accessing local and national support schemes.

Printing, Photocopying & Scanning

Need to print important documents or scan a file? Our office makes this easy. We can support with a letter writing or typing service by prior arrangement. 

Free to Use Computer Space

Access the internet, apply for jobs, or complete online applications at our community centre.

Senior Alert Scheme

We assist older individuals in applying for personal alarm systems, helping them feel safe and independent at home.

Facilities & Room Hire

Looking for a space to meet, run an event, or hold a class? Our centre offers affordable room hire for community groups, organisations, and individuals.

What we offer:

A range of room sizes for meetings, workshops, and community events. Access to facilities such as Wi-Fi, projectors, and seating arrangements

Weekly Meals on Wheels

A freshly prepared meal delivered to older individuals, those living alone, or anyone unable to cook for themselves.

What we offer:

€5 per meal with a meat, fish or vegetarian option to choose from each week.
