Cultural Cookbook
Transition Year students at Castletownbere’s local secondary school, Scoil Phobail Bhéara, came together in recent months to work on producing a cookbook that represents a cross-section of cultures from their local community.
Students at the school were invited to submit their family recipes with the goal that a wide variety of cultural dishes would feature in the cookbook and, in turn, represent everyone living in Beara.
We welcome you to download the Transition Year Cultural Cookbook here.
Wishing you hours of happy cooking and happy eating.
Enjoy your meal! Skanaus! Eet smakelijk!
